Protein powder ricotta cheesecake

  • 100 ml Skimmed Milk
  • 50 g Ricotta cheese
  • 15 g Casein Protein powder (use your flavour of choice, I love vanilla and chocolate flavours! )
  • 10 g / 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 pc Wasa bread (15g)
  • 10g ¬†Almonds
  • 10 g/ 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  1. Directions
  2. Blend the wasa and almonds together and stir the grated mix with melted coconut oil and honey.
  3. In a jar (mine is diameter 7 cm; high 10cm ) put the mixture on the bottom and press it with a spoon trying to level it down evenly.
  4. Set in the fridge for 10 minutes to make it firm.
  5. Whip milk, ricotta cheese and protein powder till you get a smooth and firm consistence.
  6. Take the jar out of the fridge and fill it up.
  7. Set in the fridge for 1 hour.
