Rye flour fit brownies

  • 1 Apple
  • 250 ml Water
  • ¼ teaspoon Powdered Cinnamon
  • 1 Cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon Powdered Ginger
  • 60 g Rye flour
  • 20 g Tablet Dark Chocolate
  • 30 g Whey Isolate Protein Powder Chocolate Flavour
  • 10 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch Baking powder
  1. Wash an apple and remove the core.
  2. Put it in a container suitable for microwave cooking
  3. and add water and spices cook for 10 minutes at 750 power.
  4. Pick up the apple and remove the cloves.
  5. Blend reducing the apple to mash and pour it into a large mixing bowl.
  6. Melt the dark chocolate and add it to the apple mash, mix evenly.
  7. Add the flour, baking powder and protein and incorporate 100 ml of the apple cooking water.
